At the Centre for Elder Research, we put our motto, from Lab to Life® into practice every day. Silver Source helps "Enrich the Lives of Mature Adults" through fun and stimulating programming.  Our passion is to assist mature adults in their pursuit to continue to grow, learn, engage, and connect with themselves and their community. We offer a wide variety of programs for the Body, Mind and Soul including physical fitness, music & entertainment, the arts, continuing education, mindfulness programs, memory care and programs for staff & care-givers.  The mental, physical, and emotional health of our users is top priority.  Check out over 500 programs on our website.
